Skycat Platform

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-18

These terms govern access to and use of the Skycat Platform (the "Service"), operated by Skycat ("Skycat", "we", "us"). By signing in to an organisation's account on the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation.

1. The account relationship

Access to the Service is provided to an organisation under a separate commercial agreement or order between that organisation and Skycat. These terms describe how the Service itself may be used; they do not replace the pricing, term, or support commitments in that agreement, which control if the two conflict.

2. Your data

Imagery, survey data, annotations, and other content an organisation uploads to the Service ("Customer Data") remains that organisation's property. Skycat processes Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not use it to train models shared across organisations without separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

4. Availability and support

Skycat aims to keep the Service available and backed up, and targets the response times set out in the applicable commercial agreement. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis; planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

5. Suspension and termination

Skycat may suspend access if an account is used in breach of these terms or the underlying commercial agreement. On termination of that agreement, an organisation's data is handled under the offboarding procedure described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to these terms

Skycat may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated to organisation administrators before they take effect.
